It wasn’t about keeping my mind blank and meditating or becoming a ‘calm’ person. It’s more about being conscious of your thoughts. It is that practice that I want everyone to have. As a teacher it takes me deeper into my practice and it gives me an inexplicable sense of euphoria,” she asserts.
